Nycole Bradshaw is a seasoned educator, instructional leader, and advocate for equity in education, with over a decade of experience across K-12 public and charter schools. A proud graduate of Spelman College (let’s hear it for the HBCU excellence!), Nycole earned her Bachelor of Science in Physics there and later completed her Master’s in Education at Adams State University, with endorsements in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education, Mathematics, and Elementary Education.
Nycole has served in a variety of roles from classroom teacher and senior team lead to regional instructional leader, consistently impacting student achievement and educator development at scale. Known for her thoughtful coaching, strategic mindset, and culturally responsive approach, Nycole specializes in helping educators build inclusive, rigorous, and student-centered learning environments.
Her leadership extends beyond the classroom: she has led professional development across school networks, contributed to published works on attention and learning, and consults on instructional strategy and educator growth. Deeply rooted in community and purpose-driven work, Nycole believes in the power of relationships, culturally affirming practices, and high expectations to transform schools and empower students.
When she’s not in education mode, Nycole is a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she actively supports initiatives focused on education, equity, and civic engagement. She also enjoys binge-watching crime shows, cheering on her favorite sports teams, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new corners of the globe whenever the opportunity arises.
In 9th grade, Nycole was shy but discovered the quiet power of her voice. She balanced being an honor roll student with hallway laughter – an undercover comedian learning how to show up for others just as much as for herself.
